Coconut milk salt soda cake
Overview
I went to a food event on Saturday and learned a lot! Before going, everyone was asked to bring a favorite dish of their own. I was far away, so I planned to make biscuits as an afternoon snack for convenience and uniqueness. The happiest thing was that the biscuits were well received. Everyone had a great time eating it. Although it was tiring and troublesome to make, I was still very happy! I went to Hainan during the holiday and brought back some coconut powder. When I brewed it myself, it felt not sweet and fragrant. It replaced the milk powder that was supposed to be in it, and it was pretty good! At the end of the day, several people asked me to reveal the recipe, so I’ll reveal it here~
