Beef and cabbage porridge - to replenish strength after a minor illness!
Overview
The child caught a cold and had a fever the day before. He sweated a lot and was very weak after the fever subsided in the morning. I made beef porridge to replenish his strength. Beef is rich in nutrients and is good for restoring vitality. The little guy drank two bowls and immediately became energetic.

Ingredients
Steps
-
The beef I bought last time was frozen before I finished it. It melted a little to make it easier to slice.
-
After slicing, cut into strips and then set into small minced meat.
-
Chop green onion and ginger. If the baby catches a cold, adding ginger will have a great effect in repelling the cold.
-
Marinate it with the minced beef for a while. I didn't add soy sauce or other seasonings, I just wanted it to be light!
-
Put water, minced beef, green onions, ginger, and half a box of rice into a casserole. I actually use a pressure cooker. I don't have enough time, so I can finish it in half an hour.

There are no vegetables at home, but luckily I still have cabbage. Chop it up. When the porridge is almost ready to deflate, add the cabbage and cook for five or six minutes, open the lid, and it’s done! After making it, add 5ML pumpkin seed oil to supplement zinc. It is also a good thing to replenish physical strength.
