Brownies
Overview
Brownie is a dessert that originated in the United States in the 19th century. The texture is between cake and biscuits, and the taste is dense and solid. The charm of brownies is that they are rich and rich with a lot of dark chocolate. In the United States, brownies are a common fixture on ordinary family dinner tables and are deeply loved by people. There are three versions of the birth of Brownie. In one version, a cook accidentally tipped melted chocolate onto a batch of cookies, which eventually led to the creation of brownies. Another version is that a cook wanted to bake a cake, but found that there was not enough flour, so he baked a dessert using the ingredients on hand to save the day. There is also a version that says that a housewife in Bangor, Maine, originally wanted to bake a chocolate cake, but forgot to add baking powder. The baked cake naturally did not rise. Instead of throwing the cake away, she cut it into small pieces for her family to eat. Although we can no longer test the authenticity of the story, we can learn from it that the brownie was originally a failure or an imperfect work, but it was unexpectedly delicious. This has to make people sigh at the wonders of the world. Sometimes good luck is more important than ingenuity. This is true of literary creation, and so is the production of delicious food. Brownies have developed to this day, and there are many types of recipes. Traditional brownies use high-gluten flour, but the brownie cake introduced to you today uses low-gluten flour, adds baking powder, and replaces the white sugar in the base material with brown sugar. Therefore, the taste is softer and smoother. The freshly baked cake has a slightly hard edge on the surface, which is very unique. If you like this taste, you can eat it directly!
