Fried rice noodles
Overview
I bought a pack of rice noodles at home for a long time, but I haven't eaten it yet. Today I suddenly took it out and prepared to stir-fry it.

First soak the rice noodles in cold water for a few hours

Soak the rice noodles in boiling water for 5-10 minutes

Wash the vegetables, shred the carrots, and slice the ham

Remove the rice noodles cooked in boiling water and put them into cold water.

Heat the pan, add oil, and fry the shredded carrots first

Then add green vegetables and stir-fry

Then add the cooked rice noodles and stir-fry together

Then put the ham sausage in and stir-fry, add salt, light soy sauce and an appropriate amount of chicken powder, stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes, it is ready to be cooked
