Purple sweet potato, sago and taro balls
Overview
That day my friend asked me how to make taro balls. I said I have never done it before, but I can try it. Then I prepared the materials the next day and made it. Rice paste and tapioca starch can be made into Q-bombs just like sweet potato starch

Steps
-
Taro and purple sweet potato are steamed in advance
-
Crush the taro and purple sweet potato into a puree. I said that there are auxiliary tools to shake into a puree. Prepare the sweet potato flour and cornstarch
-
Add 75 grams of sweet potato flour, 25 grams of corn starch and 15 grams of white sugar to the purple sweet potato puree
-
Knead it into a ball with your hands (this is my friend’s hand that I borrowed)
-
Then knead it into a small long strip
-
Then use a knife to cut it into pieces
-
This is the purple sweet potato part
-
The same goes for the taro part. Add 75 grams of sweet potato flour, 25 grams of corn starch and 15 grams of sugar to the taro puree. Then knead it into a ball. Then roll it into pieces
-
After the water boils, add the taro balls and purple sweet potato balls and cook for 8 minutes
-
Then take it out and put it in cold water
-
Pour the cooked taro balls into the pot and add the cooked sago (you can refer to my original recipe for quick sago cooking)
-
Just pour in the coconut milk

If you like, you can freeze it for better taste
