Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials. Soak the tea tree mushrooms for 1 hour in advance. I forgot to take pictures of the tempeh and celery.
-
After washing the ribs, add a small amount of salt, chicken powder and chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 40 minutes, turning over halfway.
-
Wash the tea tree mushrooms, squeeze out the water, remove the heads and place on a plate. Cut the green onion leaves diagonally and the peppers diagonally.
-
After 40 minutes, remove the onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers and pour out excess water. Add a spoonful of sand tea sauce and a small amount of cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.
-
When the ribs are marinated, put them on a plate, sprinkle with a few celery beads and cornstarch, wash the black beans and sprinkle a few more.
-
Steam the pot over boiling water for 25 minutes. I turn on the heat at 1200w, just make sure the steam is big enough.
-
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with green onions and chilies. You can cover it again and simmer.
-
The steamed pork ribs with strong flavor and slight sweetness are ready😁
