Sweet and sour poached eggs

I just bought a new omelette artifact from the Internet, and I want to make an Internet-famous sweet and sour poached egg.

Prepare 6 eggs.

Place the four-hole omelette artifact on the induction cooker, brush each round hole with cooking oil, and break in 4 eggs respectively (note, use low heat to avoid burning).

Turn over in time.

While frying the eggs, prepare the garlic cloves and millet.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the spicy millet rings and continue to stir-fry.

Add tomato paste, salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.
