Prepare materials.

Egg tart water: mix light cream and milk evenly

Add Taikoo powdered sugar and mix well

Add egg yolk and mix well

Sift in the flour and cornstarch and stir until there are no lumps and the liquid is smooth.

Cut the yellow peach into small cubes and put it into the bottom of the egg tart

Pour in the egg tart water until it is 7-8 minutes full. (For the original flavor, there is no need to add yellow peach)
