Stir-fried Shrimp in Typhoon Shelter
Overview
In traditional typhoon shelter fried shrimps, the heads and skins of the shrimps are not removed. For better flavor and convenience, I slightly modified it to use shrimp as an ingredient.

Head off the prawns, peel them, and remove the devein. After washing, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for a while.

Finely chop onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers and set aside.

Sprinkle a little starch and mix evenly.

Add a small amount of cooking oil to a non-stick pan, add shrimps and fry until golden brown on both sides, take out and set aside.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat until slightly hot. Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add bread crumbs and a little salt and stir-fry over low heat for a few times.

Pour in the shrimps and stir-fry until the shrimps are evenly coated with bread crumbs.

Pour into a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
