Frosted walnut kernels
Overview
Seeing that new walnuts are about to come on the market again, the walnuts I bought last year are still sleeping in the cupboard, so I quickly take them out and get rid of them, otherwise I would not buy them again. Sure enough, the processed walnut kernels were much more delicious, and they were destroyed without any effort.

Prepare the ingredients.

Roast the walnuts in the oven at low temperature and let cool for later use.

Add a little water to the sugar and bring to a boil.

There are big bubbles in the boiled sugar water.

After a while, dense small bubbles will appear.

When bubbles appear, add walnuts and sesame seeds.

Turn off the heat and mix quickly with a spatula.

Just let it cool and put it in an airtight container.
