Stir-fried bacon with double beans
Overview
We don’t have as many varieties of vegetables here as in China. Sometimes we try vegetables that are relatively rare in domestic supermarkets, such as lima beans, gassho melons, etc. Lima beans are a bit like broad beans, but they are easy to ripe and not difficult to cook. You can stir-fry the meat and stir-fry them, and they will taste pink.
