Preparation: cabbage, onions, garlic.

Cut the cabbage into sections.

Cut the green onion into small pieces and prepare some minced garlic.

Add oyster sauce, abalone juice, corn starch and water to a bowl.

Pig reds need to be blanched and drained.

Take out and drain. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until cooked through.

Add the pork belly again.

Pour in the bowl juice as well.

Cook over high heat for two minutes.

Add the green onions and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
