Overview
The temperature was below freezing and it was raining. I really didn’t want to go out. I rummaged through the refrigerator and found that I had all the ingredients to make curry rice. A person should also eat well.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add salt, starch, and rice wine and mix well.

Dice the carrots, peel and dice the potatoes.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the diced chicken and set aside.

Stir-fry diced potatoes and carrots.

Pour in enough hot water to cover the diced potatoes, cover and simmer over low heat. At this time, you can blanch the green cabbage hearts and serve them on a plate.

Check that the potatoes are soft, then add the diced chicken and curry cubes.

When adding the curry cubes, be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pot. Use a spatula to stir properly. When the soup becomes thicker and the curry cubes are melted, turn off the heat.

Plate: Pour the white rice into a small bowl, compact it slightly, invert it on a plate, sprinkle a little black sesame seeds, top with curry, and serve with cabbage.
