Huaishan is sweet in taste and neutral in nature, and enters the lung, spleen, and kidney meridians; it is neither dry nor greasy. It also has the effects of strengthening the spleen and lungs, replenishing the stomach and kidneys, strengthening the kidneys and replenishing essence, improving ears and eyesight, helping the five internal organs, strengthening muscles and bones, increasing the mind and calming the mind, and prolonging life.
