American Hot Dog Bun
Overview
I baked the bread the night before and prepared the ingredients. A delicious hot dog bun was ready the next morning. Although it is usually paired with Americano coffee, I ate it casually because I prefer milk. I don’t want to admit that I have a strong taste in various sauces. But putting a little bit of yellow mustard in it is really delicious. It is not as spicy as green mustard. It has a slight spiciness and is great.

All the dough ingredients were kneaded into a glove film using the post-oiling method. (I was too lazy to knead the dough with a bread machine. As a result, I used the basic dough kneading procedure three times before kneading out the glove film. [The ACA bread machine I won in the previous competition] was even slower than my hand kneading.)

The kneaded dough is fermented until it doubles in size,

Divide into four equal parts,

Take a portion and roll it out,

Roll it up,

Shape it into the shape of rice grains, with the seam facing down,

Place in a baking pan, spray a thin layer of water on the surface, and ferment until doubled in size,

Brush with all the egg wash, sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds, press gently with your hands to tighten, and put it in the oven at 180℃ for about 15 minutes, until the surface becomes golden,

Let the baked bread cool slightly,

Use a toothed knife to cut the bread as deeply as possible without cutting the bread,

Add washed lettuce and an appropriate amount of tomato sauce (you can also add barbecue sauce and mustard sauce for a richer taste, [personal preference])

The grilled sausage is slightly roasted and fragrant,
