Prepare corn flour and 1 spoon of sugar.

Mix the cornmeal with boiling water until it becomes fluffy.

After it cools, add flour and baking powder.

Knead into a smooth dough of moderate hardness and rise.

Roll out into a thicker sheet.

Spread a layer of corn oil on top.

Cut into long strips with a knife.

Roll up from both sides with your hands.

Stand up.

Sprinkle the prepared Hanaki embryo with black sesame seeds and let it rise for the second time.

Steam for 15 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes.
