Peel and cut the kale into small pieces, cut the mango into cubes, peel and remove the shrimp threads, shred the ginger, and take a small handful of cooked cashews.

Marinate shrimps with pepper and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Blanch the kale.

Put a little oil in the pot, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant, add shrimps and stir-fry.
