Overview
Flavored shrimp is a famous traditional snack in Hunan Province. It is made from crayfish. It has spicy and fragrant taste, bright red color, smooth texture and spicy taste. It began to spread across the country at the end of the 20th century and became a classic snack at street beer stalls on summer nights. It has a unique flavor when paired with Hunan-style chopped peppers.

Pour water into the casserole, add ginger slices and large bones, simmer for half an hour and set aside.

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, peel garlic and set aside.

Heat the pan and pour oil. When the oil temperature is 80% hot, pour in the prepared Xiaolongxia. Fry the oil over high heat until the lobster turns red and serve.

Pour in the lobster, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, white wine, and cooking wine, stir-fry quickly and mix well. Add bone broth, cover the lobster, add bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, passion fruit, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
