Daylily leaves mixed with fungus
Overview
I bought celery and fried the celery stems with eggs. I fried the celery leaves once for egg pancakes, and there was still some leftover. I used it with enoki mushrooms and black fungus. After blanching, I added simple condiments and mixed it. The peppercorns I like taste very good. Thanks to the nutrition and efficacy of the three ingredients, this simple cold dish is low in oil and fat, can cleanse the intestines, detoxify, and is very healthy.
