Steam the pumpkin, beat it with milk and add it to the glutinous rice flour while it's still hot.

Knead into dough.

Wrap cheese in red bean paste filling and form into balls. (See my previous recipe for how to make bean paste filling)

Try to make them about the same size.

Brush the cutting board with oil to prevent sticking, take an appropriate amount of dough to wrap the bean paste filling. Arrange into an oblate circle.

Brush the electric baking pan with oil, place the small cakes in the electric baking pan, press flat, and bake until both sides are golden.
