Soak the salted cherry blossoms in warm water in advance, absorb the water with kitchen paper and set aside

Add butter to powdered sugar and mix evenly, beat with a whisk until fluffy

Add the whole egg liquid in 3 batches and mix well

Sift in the flour and milk powder and stir evenly

I added a few drops of variegated leaf essence

Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 15 minutes

Roll the green dough into thin sheets

Use a cookie cutter to cut out the shape and add cherry blossoms in the middle

Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper

Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the cookies
