Overview

If you don’t know what to eat in the morning, then bake a pancake. It uses whole wheat and has a slightly coarse texture. If you like, you can add a little all-purpose flour to adjust.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.

  2. Mix whole wheat flour with water, white sugar, salad oil and yeast in a bucket.

  3. Select the second speed and knead until the dough is smooth, then cover with a damp cloth and let it rest.

  4. Blanch the beans in a pot until tender and set aside.

  5. Grind the beans and chilies with a food processor until pureed.

  6. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the minced meat.

  7. Then stir-fry the minced bean paste in the pot.

  8. Add soy sauce and fine salt to taste, then let cool and set aside.

  9. Divide the risen dough into small pieces of equal size.

  10. Roll out the dough and set aside.

  11. Wrap the fried stuffing inside.
