Coconut Milk Squid and Cabbage Pasta

I went to Hong Kong earlier and bought a lot of Indonesian spices, but I haven’t had time to post a blog post. My colleagues asked me why I haven’t updated it for so long. I’m so ashamed~ Today I will introduce to you this coconut milk squid and cabbage pasta! ,

Pour water and a little salt into the pot. After the water boils, add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Wash and shred the cabbage and set aside.

Clean and drain the fresh squid and cut into sections.

Cut the garlic into minced pieces, add a little oil in the pot and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the squid and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add coconut milk, cabbage, salt, sugar and black pepper.

Finally, add the Indonesian spices, stir evenly, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
