Wash and peel potatoes.

The roasted bacon potatoes can be sprinkled with cumin powder, chili powder and other seasonings according to your preference.

Wrap them with tin foil. Large potatoes can be wrapped separately, while small potatoes can be wrapped together. Start the oven and adjust the temperature to 200 degrees for 30 minutes until the potatoes are basically cooked.

While the potatoes are roasting, cut the bacon into small slices, add light soy sauce, a small amount of olive oil and pepper, mix well and marinate for later use.

When the potatoes are basically cooked, spread the tin foil on the bottom of the baking pan and let cool slightly.

Put the marinated bacon into each potato slice, brush with a layer of olive oil, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
