  1. Preheat the oven to 176 degrees Celsius, soften the butter at room temperature and beat it into pieces, add brown sugar and white sugar and mix well

  3. Sift low-gluten flour and cocoa powder together, add baking powder and salt and mix well

  7. Divide the batter randomly on the baking tray, just use two spoons, just make sure to leave enough space between each portion. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes and then transfer to a rack to cool. The finished cookies will be crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. If you want a crispier texture, you can extend the baking time appropriately
