Cut the tofu diagonally into triangles and then into thick slices.

Heat the salad oil in the pot, pour the oil into the oil tank, then add the rapeseed oil to heat, turn down the heat and add the tofu.

Fry over medium heat and sprinkle some salt evenly on the tofu. Shake the pan constantly to prevent it from burning and fry only until one side is golden brown.

Turn down the heat, scoop out the tofu, and drain the oil. Apparently, I overcooked it.

Leave a little oil in the pot, lightly fry the shredded ginger, add tofu, and water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling, add a spoonful of salt. Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for two to three minutes until the soup turns white.

Add washed cabbage leaves and cook over high heat.

Add a little sugar to make it fresh. Turn off the heat. Serve out.
