  1. Add boiling water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it until it is not sticky to your hands and is pliable. Then divide it into four balls. Add an appropriate amount of matcha powder, red yeast rice powder and cocoa powder to three of the balls to form three-color glutinous rice balls.

  2. Take a small portion of each color and roll it into a long strip, then twist them together into a twist

  5. Cut the carrots into patterns and put the prepared glazed glutinous rice balls on the bottom. After the water boils, steam for 10 minutes
