Prepare raw materials: chicken wings, spring bamboo shoots, onion, ginger, oyster sauce

After washing the chicken wings, make a cut on the front of the chicken wings, put it into a cooking basin, add 4 grams of salt, 5 grams of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and 2 grams of white pepper. Grip the chicken wings evenly and marinate for 30 minutes;

Cut the spring bamboo shoots in half, peel off the skin, and cut into pieces;
