Braised Little Japan - Egg-roasted Japanese tofu
Overview
I have eaten Japanese tofu in restaurants countless times, but I have never made it myself. Today I saw an article about how to make Japanese tofu. I tried it and it was very successful. I finished two bowls of rice and it was delicious!

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, dice green peppers and carrots, mince onions, ginger and garlic.
-
Beat two eggs and add a pinch of salt to taste.
-
Cut the tofu into small pieces, wrap it in a layer of egg liquid, and fry it in a pan until golden brown.
-
The tofu is fried.
-
Put a little oil in the pot, pour in the remaining egg liquid, and stir-fry until it forms. Don't overcook it, otherwise the texture will not match the tofu.
-
Put oil in the pot, add diced carrots and fry.
-
Stir-fry the carrots until they are six ripe, add diced green pepper, minced ginger and minced garlic.
-
When the ginger and garlic are fragrant, add the tofu and stir-fry.
-
Pour in eggs.
-
Pour in the prepared soup. The soup contains: soy sauce, sugar, salt, spicy fresh, abalone juice, tomato sauce, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, chicken essence and water and mix well.
-
Stir-fry for one minute to add flavor, then add braised soy sauce for color.
-
After the color is uniform, add water starch.
-
Simmer for half a minute.
-
Remove from pan and plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
