Prepare the ingredients, wash them and set aside (I forgot to pat the garlic)

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add a little salt and cooking oil and cook the okra for two minutes

Put in the prepared cold boiled water and soak for two minutes

Cut off the head and set aside for serving

Cut the millet into rings, mince the garlic and set aside

Top the okra with a teaspoon and a half of light soy sauce

Arrange the minced garlic and millet in turn

Pour an appropriate amount of base oil (about two teaspoons) into the pot and heat it until it is 70% hot

Pour the hot oil evenly over the garlic and chili

Finished product
