Crab Meal and Tofu Soup Lo Noodles
Overview
It’s the season for beautiful crabs. The temperature has dropped in the past two days and the air is a bit cold. At noon, I steamed two hairy crabs, took out the crab roe and crab meat, and made delicious crabmeal and tofu soup noodles. I ate the noodles and drank the soup, full of happiness and warmth😍

Two female crabs, steamed.

Remove the crab roe and crab meat.

Appropriate amount of round noodles.

Screw peppers, carrot slices cut into diamond-shaped slices, green onion and ginger, and a little soft tofu left over from yesterday, cut into small dices.

There was no lard at home, so I used corn oil, which has no peculiar smell. Heat the corn oil and stir-fry the minced ginger.

Add crab roe and crab meat.

Stir-fry butter and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.

Add screw pepper, radish slices, and soft tofu cubes.

Season with appropriate amount of salt and white pepper. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the round noodles and cook.

Remove into a bowl.

Pour on the delicious crab powder soup and enjoy the delicious crab powder and tofu soup noodles.
