Pineapple Guluo Salmon

Inspired by the pineapple prawns, I wanted to try out whether the salmon was delicious.

Use 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of water, and 2 tablespoons of water starch to make a bowl of juice.

Add 40 grams of flour and 10 grams of starch to an egg to make a paste.

Fold the submerged fish into the egg mixture.

Cut pineapple and green tomatoes into cubes.

If the oil temperature is higher, separate the pieces piece by piece and fry until the skin is golden brown.

No need to put oil in the pot, pour the prepared bowl of juice and bring to a boil.

Add pineapple chunks, green and red pepper chunks.
