500g wet noodles (for two people)

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, add noodles, bring to a boil, add a small bowl of cold water, boil again and remove. Pour the noodles into cold water 2-3 times and then stir in 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to prevent them from sticking. Add ice cubes, mix briefly and set aside.

Notes: 1. Do not cook the noodles for too long, otherwise the taste will be affected. 2. After the noodles are cooked, be sure to add ice cubes at the end. If there is no ice cubes, it can be passed through ice water. This is the key to keeping it cool and refreshing. 3. Neither sesame paste nor sugar can be omitted. The taste will be much different with or without sesame paste. Sugar can enhance the freshness.
