Natural yeast pine nut snack bag
Overview
Since my friend gave me natural yeast, I have been feeding it on time every day. After feeding it three times, I have made bread once, and the flour has been used up very quickly. Having said that, bread made with natural yeast does taste great, but it is a little time-consuming, but it is worth the effort to pursue the taste. The bread I made today is a small pine nut meal bag. It is simple to operate. Let’s make it together!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Except butter, mix all the ingredients with a bread machine and knead until the expansion stage. Add butter and knead until the complete stage. Place in a warm place for basic fermentation.
-
After the dough has doubled in size, dip your middle finger in some water and poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If the hole does not shrink or collapse, it means the dough is fully fermented.
-
After the basic fermentation is completed, take out the dough to deflate and divide it into 16 parts.
-
Roll into a round shape and place on baking sheet.
-
Let ferment in a warm, humid place until doubled in size. (The room temperature is now about 23 degrees. I put a bowl of hot water directly into the fermentation box for fermentation. There is no need to turn on the power supply.)
-
Brush the surface with a thin layer of egg wash and sprinkle with pine nuts.
-
Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
-
After taking it out of the oven, move it to a baking sheet and let it cool.
-
The small meal bag is very filling and well organized!
