Overview
My husband likes spicy food, and it’s good to eat it to warm up in winter. But I can’t find the flavor I like outside. I’ve been making some in the winter these past two years, and can use it as a dipping sauce or with rice

Wash and dry the peppers

Peel garlic and slice ginger

Chop everything into pieces

Crush the peanuts and add all the ingredients together because it is fried

Add blended oil and fry over slow heat, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking

The chili peppers were fried for half an hour until there was almost no water vapor and the aroma was overflowing

After cooling, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bottle

Once the finished product is ready, just put it into a small jar
