Wash the pork belly with white vinegar and salt, put it into a pot, add cooking wine, pepper and cold water and bring to a boil.

Scrape off the white film on your belly and wash it with warm water. Prepare the ginger and garlic.

Cut the pork belly into wide strips, make vermicelli, red dates and wolfberry and soak them in cold water.

Put the pork belly into a pot, add ginger and green onions and boil water until the pork belly is soft and tender.

Add red dates, wolfberry, vermicelli and salt and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Add chicken essence and pepper to taste.
