Steps

  1. First, remove the heads and backs of the shrimps and pick out the shrimp threads with a loose meat hammer to ensure that the shrimps will not roll up when steamed

  2. Soak the vermicelli until soft. Cut off the shrimp and place on the bottom of the plate. Sprinkle with minced garlic

  3. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce to steamed fish, add MSG, sugar, cooking wine, mix well and set aside. Heat a small amount of oil and saute garlic until fragrant

  4. Pour in the shrimp heads and stir-fry, press firmly with a spatula to stir-fry the shrimp oil. Shrimp heads and garlic don’t just need shrimp oil

  5. Pour the mixture of shrimp oil and steamed fish soy sauce over the shrimp. You can add a little boiling water to the mixed sauce as the vermicelli will absorb water

  6. Steam until cooked, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve!
