Overview
This dish reminds me of my mother-in-law who passed away from cancer. Three years ago, I had a severe reaction due to pregnancy, dizziness, vomiting, and a little insomnia. My mother-in-law cooked me a dish of fried lettuce, saying that lettuce contains potassium and iodine, which has a calming and hypnotic effect. My mother-in-law is kind and good at housekeeping. My mother-in-law and I have always gotten along well, because my mother died early, so I bought her clothes, shoes and jewelry just like my mother. When she was sick, I took her to the hospital for treatment. She also cared about me. Because I was still working to earn my own money at that time, and I could control it freely, haha~ Later, soon after I gave birth to my son, she left us because of cancer, but when I eat fried lettuce, I will think of her~ She is really like her mother~ I hope everyone can go home and talk to their mother more, because one day such happiness will pass away quietly~ Finally, I wish all mothers in the world good health and a happy life!
