Overview

This one is made from Haidilao spicy pot base. You can smell the tangy aroma when you open the bag. Add any ingredients and it’s really addictive... I made it once on New Year’s Eve. I used 2 chicken legs and added my mother’s fried chicken and seafood mushrooms. It was a big plate. In the second year of junior high school, my family was all here, so I made it again, 4 chicken legs, which were still very popular... I plan to make this my special dish haha

  1. To prepare, marinate the chicken thighs at least 2 hours in advance. Remove bones from chicken legs and cut into small pieces.
