Soak the kelp in cold water in advance and cut into ribbons

Peel and seed the winter melon and cut into pieces, flatten the ginger and cut off the ribs

Add 2.5L water to the pot, add pork ribs and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam

Add shredded kelp and a little salad oil. After the water boils, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes

Add winter melon and cook until cooked
