Overview
The lamb legs at Yang Duoduo are so big and the meat is alluring. I usually like to eat cold dishes. I want to know how the cold lamb tastes, so I quickly gave it a try.

Cut the mutton into slices, add appropriate amount of oil, salt, soy sauce and vinegar to marinate and stir-fry in hot water. Cut the tofu skin, cucumber and scallions into shreds, put them on a plate and set aside, then add a handful of fried peanuts.
