Seaweed soda crackers
Overview
This is a salty soda cracker with a little bit of crushed seaweed added to make it richer in taste and suitable for people who don’t like sweets.

Mix and sift together the flour, baking soda powder and powdered sugar

Add salt and butter and knead with your hands until even and loose;

Add white sesame seeds and mix slightly with your hands,

Add egg white;

Add chopped seaweed or seaweed and use your hands to form a uniform dough;

Wrap the dough in a plastic bag, roll it into a sheet, and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours;

Take out the dough sheet from the refrigerator, brush the surface with egg white, sprinkle evenly with salt (coarse salt is best), and cut the dough sheet into slices;

Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes, then take it out and let it cool on a wire rack;
