  2. Then knead it into a dough like this (it’s too dry and it’s easy to crack into a cake; too wet and it’s hard to shape into a cake, you have to estimate it~)

  3. Heat oil in a pan and roll the dough into the shape you like. Within 1cm thick, cover and fry slowly over low heat for 2.3 minutes

  4. Then flip over and fry for another 2.3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
