Simple glutinous rice cake

Put the glutinous rice flour into a large bowl and slowly add it while stirring with chopsticks until it is almost like cotton wool

Then knead it into a dough like this (it’s too dry and it’s easy to crack into a cake; too wet and it’s hard to shape into a cake, you have to estimate it~)

Heat oil in a pan and roll the dough into the shape you like. Within 1cm thick, cover and fry slowly over low heat for 2.3 minutes

Then flip over and fry for another 2.3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

When the finished product is taken out of the pan, sprinkle it with sugar and it’s ready as a snack before dinner! 😍😍

The finished product is soft and waxy, and the white sugar blingbling in the sun is also golden and delicious😛😛

If you don’t like the finished product, you don’t need to add sugar. Anyway, I like to eat the original glutinous rice cake🙄🙄
