Herbed Beef Stuffed with Mushrooms
Overview
In spring, mushrooms grow just right. Eating more mushrooms can enhance body resistance. Adding beef will make you more powerful. In this season where colds are common~~~ I should have added some onions, but I forgot that I had used them up. I didn’t have any in the refrigerator. Adding onions makes it more delicious and has a richer texture. So when you really make it, remember to add some onions. Saute the onions until they are transparent before they are delicious! You can also spread some cheese on top and bake it in the oven. We’ve run out of cheese, so there’s nothing we can do

Prepare materials

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash them clean. Don’t throw away the stems, chop them up and set aside

Chop the herbs, rosemary and marjoram are used here, you can omit them if they are not available

Mix the minced vanilla and mushroom pedicles into the beef, a small amount of starch, pepper and salt to taste

Add a small amount of egg white, mix the beef and marinate for 15 minutes

Stuff it into mushrooms. If you want more meat, you can scoop out a little bit of the mushrooms

Fry in a pan with a little oil and add a little soy sauce
