Shrimp Wontons
Overview
The homemade shrimp wontons are really big! I used light soy sauce and lard to make a soup, and it tasted like it was when I was a kid!

Pre-seasoned shrimp, bamboo shoots and meat filling

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling

Wrap it up and pinch in the middle

Boil the water in the pot

Add big wontons

After boiling, add cold water

Boil again until the wontons float on the water

Make a soup: add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, lard

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and mix well

Take out the cooked wontons and put them into the soup

It can also be paired with some vegetarian dishes
