Homemade Drunken Crab
Overview
After September, you can make your own drunk crab. Use female crabs in September and October, and use male crabs after November. The crabs don’t have to be too big, just two or more crabs are fine!

The above-mentioned auxiliary ingredients, except for daughter's red and yellow rice wine and scallions, are put in a soup pot and brought to a boil over high heat, and simmered for more than half an hour. It is better to boil the plum blossoms until they are tender. According to the standard of adding one pound of red and yellow rice wine for every pound of crabs, add the rice wine and simmer over low heat for 2-5 minutes.

Add some chopped green onions to the prepared marinade, pour it into a sealed container for soaking crabs, and let it cool down. It can be placed in the freezer if possible.

Wash the river crabs and steam them in a steamer. When the steamed river crabs are hot, soak them in the cooled processed brine. Seal and soak them for 24 hours before eating. When soaking, place it in a cool and ventilated place. If possible, put it in a freezer and fresh-keeping cabinet.
