Cinnamon Raisin Rolls
Overview
It turns out you can still do this with cinnamon bread. This cinnamon bread with raisins has an interesting shape. Put two dates together, pinch the two ends tightly, and then they become a loaf of bread. However, it seems that the temperature was a little higher during the final fermentation, and the dough seemed to have risen a little too much, and the ends were a little fatter. It was not as beautiful as the original, but it reminded people of coffee beans. . . .
