Cut chicken breast into cubes.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

Add vegetable oil to the pan, add chicken pieces and fry until they change colour.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and dry red chili and saute until fragrant.

Add potatoes and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add rice wine, light soy sauce, abalone juice and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add salt to taste as appropriate. When the soup thickens, add green pepper and stir-fry evenly.
