Ingredients: 2 sweet red peppers, 1 handful of thyme, 2 rosemary, 4 cloves of garlic, a small amount of olive oil, a small amount of salt, a small amount of black pepper,

Cut off the root of the red pepper, hollow out the inner seeds, and fill them with thyme, rosemary, and garlic cloves

Invert it into a baking pan, brush the surface with olive oil, and sprinkle salt on the surface

Bake at 280 degrees for 20 minutes (the top of the red pepper is a little burnt)

Let cool and peel

Remove the spices from the inside of the red pepper, put the red pepper into a clean jar, then add fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating.
