Delicious stuffed buns——Dai style stuffed buns
Overview
Today we are serving Yunnan specialty Dai flavor again. Last time we mentioned Yunnan vanilla, this time we are serving a series of Dai flavor steamed buns baked with vanilla. All the ingredients are mixed with the main dish, then wrapped in banana leaves and baked for 20 minutes. The house is filled with the aroma of banana leaves. Open the banana leaves and take a bite. It is really appetizing.

Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, pork tenderloin, white tofu, mint, coriander, scallions, ginger, garlic, spicy millet (forgot to take a photo).

Chop green onion, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander and millet into small pieces.

Mix the above ingredients into oil, salt and chicken essence.

Stir in main dishes such as enoki mushrooms, white tofu and pork tenderloin into the ingredients, spread the banana leaves flat and top with the enoki mushrooms.

Fold the banana leaves like a quilt, tie them with the edges of the banana leaves, put it on a baking sheet, put tin foil underneath, and bake in the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes.

Complete with grilled enoki mushrooms.

You can also mash white tofu and mix in seasonings to make baked tofu.

If you want to wrap the meat, you can marinate the pork tenderloin with some green onion, ginger, light soy sauce and cooking wine for a while.
